The Woodchurch Housing Estate and Arrowe Park

Woodchurch is where Stephen lives. It has its problems but is a good place to live. On the outskirts of Birkenhead it is just a short walk to Arrowe Park, (a large country park) and from there into the countryside with footpaths across farm land that can lead across the Wirral to Thurstaston Common and the river Dee, passing some fine country pubs on the way.
